по факту у компании нет никаких пунктов выдачи, в день, якобы прихода вам поступает смс с тем что вам надо изменить адресс доставки, что откладывает срок доставки на день -2, при этом редко какой курьез позвонит заранее, или за 15 минут до доставки или вообще не позвонит, и как вариант еще раз отложется вручении посылки. все курьеры без масок
