Курьер звонит только тогда, конда уже подъехал на адрес. Вырезает наклейку с треком. Т.е. вы не сможете зафиксировать распаковку на видео и предъявить продавцу за неисправный товар, т.к. целостность упаковки нарушена. Не рекомендую пользоваться сервисом "PLUS" на Алиэкспресс.
