Отослала две посылки вместе ,хотелось чтоб посылки пришли быстро так как это были первые необходимые вещи у женщины сгорел дом осталась в одних трусах а тут такое творят ,одна посылка пришла за 18 дней другая посылка не понятно где, смотришь отслеживание стоит что в германии это как одну отослали а другую на склад положили или как это назвать,званила на центральную службу дозванится туда просто дурдом,сказали подождите еще неделю это просто жесть я очень разочарована

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
