Пасылка пришла на место прибытия в г. Павлодар вскрытоя, вес посылки по прибытию не соответствовал весу отправления. Акт о не соответствии был составлен тока на оканчательном пункте прибытия.( Ж.Д. вокзал). Вывад пасылка была вскрыта на пред последнем пересылочном пункте ( г. Астана ). Жалобуи састовления акта о вскрытии посылки я составил на Каз Почте ( г. Павлодар)

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
