6 ноября 2020 г из Германии по почте DHL в Азербайджан отправил посылку . До сих пор не посылку там не получили . Написал заявление на розыск . Из главного офиса DHL прислали бланку для заполнение необходимыми данными и затребовали копии закупочные чеки на товары находящихся в посылке и копию чека отправки посылок итд . Все требование сделал и отправил обратно по указанному адресу ... Пришло ответ что якобы не достаточные подтверждающие документы для розыска и они не будут искат мою посылку ... Они не указали что ещё им надо для того чтобы искали мою посылку . Теперь я не знаю кому мне обратится чтобы нашли мою посылку ... Такое отношение мне удивляет ... Я за отправку посылок оплатил 73 € ...

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
