Посылка в Германию была отправлена классом А. ОПЛАЧЕНО ВСЕ, ВКЛЮЧАЯ ДОСТАВКУ. На сайте было написано, что посылка доставлена, хотя по факту - нет. На вопрос дочери, почтовый работник ответил, что есть вопросы у таможенной службы. Оказалось, что посылка была оценена в 100 евро и получатель должен еще оплатить налог в 20 евро. Что дочь и сделала. Итак, совет. 1. Отправляя посылку в Евросоюз обязательно ставить галочку в квадратике "подарок" 2. сумма оценки не должна быть выше 45 евро включая и оплату почтовых услуг. Ставить нужно прямо 10 евро. 3. можно и не писать перечень вложений. меньше будет вопросов Подарок, он и в Африке подарок. Удачи.

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
