Посылка с 10 декабря лежала в почтовом отделении связи 445092 Поволжский. Посылку моим родителям не отдавали, потому что не знали как оформить таможенную оплату. Мои родители пожилые люди после операции на сердце вынуждены были 4 раза ходить на почту без успеха, только после жалобы на центральую почту России г. Москвы посылку выдали 17 декабря. Работники почтового отделения Поволжска были не рады жалобе и высказали это моим родителям. Это не допустимо

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
