Доброго времени суток всем! Посылка с Германии была отправлена 15 декабря 2020 года, 9 января 2021 г. получила посылку в местном отделении почты. Учитывая рождественские, новогодние праздники посылка дошла достаточно быстро. Только было небольшое разочарование, кружка, находящаяся в посылке была разбита. Уже прибыла в Казахстан разбитой, в накладной было прописано.

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
