Посылка вышла с таможни Германии и затерялась на сортировочном пункте в России. Номер не успели зафиксировать, так как видимо была украдена. Отслеживание не было включено в стоимость услуги - думали сэкономить.... До каких пор будут безнаказанными "работники" сортировочных пунктов. Наглость этих людей поражает... Существует сайт по продаже "потерянных" посылок... видимо и наша там.

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.

Great service from DHL Paket and South African postal service. My parcel was delivered within 28 days after being posted in Germany. I paid extra for the expedited Service Premium and recommend paying the extra fee for that as it surely helped.

At first the transport from China to Germany took over 75 days and then the shipment is lost after it left customs in Frankfurt.
