Заказала посылку и не могу до сих пор получить и отследить ,почему ?Напишите ответ не раз звонила в службу доставки .нет у них ни какой информаций заказ был сделан еще 20 февраля 2018 году после 26 марта нет информаций об этой посылке Выясните и напишите ответ

El paquete nunca me fue entregado y me dice que fue regresado a la odicina de reparte, para que sea regresado a su pais de origen

Package was slightly damaged in transit but repacked in Germany. Contents were all ok. Just wish there was better tracking. Then had to pay extra for Parcel Force Global to deliver in England.

The tracking suddenly stopped updating and I thought the package got lost. But it arrived suddenly and don't lose hope if it takes a little long to arrive.
