PUDO Sign Success, Parcel has been collected by receiver at the parcelshop

What this status means

Ecoscooting has recorded that the parcel was handed over at a PUDO, a pick-up point or parcelshop. "Sign Success" means the collection was registered in the courier's system, so the parcel is no longer at the shop. This is the final stage of the journey for pick-up deliveries.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is normal and marks a completed delivery. If you collected the parcel yourself, nothing is wrong. If you have not collected it, that is the exception: the scan may have been made in error, or someone else may have picked it up.

What happens next

Usually nothing. Delivery is complete and no further scans are normally expected. The parcel typically reaches this step after it has arrived at the parcelshop and the recipient has been notified. In some cases it follows a message saying the parcel expired and will be returned to the sender, so the history is worth a look if you did not collect it.
