Emirates Post has sent your parcel on from its previous location to the Abu Dhabi Central Post Office (CPO) delivery centre. The parcel is on a transfer between facilities, most likely in a vehicle, and has not yet been scanned as received at the delivery centre. At this stage it is still in the postal network and has not reached the final delivery step.
This message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan and does not point to a problem. It only becomes worth a closer look if the tracking history stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.
The usual next stage is an arrival scan at the Abu Dhabi delivery centre. There the parcel is sorted by delivery area and handed to a courier or held for collection. After that you should see an out-for-delivery message, or a notice that the parcel is ready for pickup or that a delivery attempt was made.
