What this status means
Your parcel has reached an EQuick operation center, a sorting and handling site that EQuick uses early in the journey. It usually comes right after the parcel left the original depot where it was first collected. The parcel is inside the building and is being processed with others.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine checkpoint, not an exception. It only points to a delay if the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.
What happens next
Almost always the next update is "Departed from Equick operation center", which means the parcel has been sorted and sent onward. In a few cases it goes to export declaration instead, the step where the parcel is registered for leaving the origin country.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking again later. Updates can appear in batches.
- If the status does not change for longer than the earlier steps took, contact EQuick or the seller.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you ask.
- Do not worry about customs fees at this point. They are usually dealt with later, if they apply.
