Departed from Equick operation center

EQuick tracking parcel

What this status means

Your parcel has left an EQuick operation center, the sorting and processing site where EQuick checks, sorts and bundles parcels. It is moving on to the next stage of its journey, which for this message is usually the export side: an airport or customs handling in the country of origin. Nearly always, the previous step was the parcel arriving at that same center.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal and is not a sign of a problem. It is a routine step. Some parcels do see an "Outbound delay" afterwards (about one in six), so a delay is possible, but it is not the typical outcome.

What happens next

  • Most often (a little over half), the parcel is scanned as arrived at the original airport.
  • In about one in seven cases, it is sent for export declaration.
  • Less often it is released by outbound customs, or reported as delayed.
  • Rarely, it is returned to the original depot.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. Updates may be slow while the parcel is handled for export.
  • If the history stops for longer than usual, or shows a delay or a return, contact the seller first, since they arranged the shipment with EQuick.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
