Your parcel has reached one of Evri's central sorting hubs. It is inside the building, being scanned and sorted onto the right route. This is the middle of the journey, after collection or drop-off and before the local depot that will deliver it.
On its own, this message is normal and not a sign of a problem. It is a routine step for almost every Evri parcel. Only if the parcel stays on this message for longer than the previous steps took should you treat it as a possible hold-up.
Most often, in about nine cases out of ten, the next update says the parcel is at the delivery depot and that Evri will tell you when it is out for delivery. Less often, an international parcel shows a message about arriving at an international hub. A delay notice or a duty and tax request can follow, but both are rare.
