Express One

Consignee provided instructions for OOH shipment

Express One tracking parcel

What this status means

Express One has recorded that you, the recipient (the "consignee"), have given instructions for an "OOH" shipment. OOH stands for out-of-home delivery, meaning delivery somewhere other than your door, such as a pickup point or parcel locker, or a different handover arrangement. The parcel is in Express One's network, usually at a local depot or already on a delivery round, and the courier has noted your choice.

Is my package delayed?

No, this message by itself is normal. It is an informational update, not an exception. It most often appears right after "Out for delivery", and in the large majority of cases the parcel goes straight back to "Out for delivery" afterwards. It does not signal a problem.

What happens next

  • Most often, about four in five cases, the status returns to "Out for delivery" and the driver carries out the delivery.
  • In about one in seven cases the next step is "Successful delivery".
  • Occasionally, about one in twenty, the parcel is made available at a pickup point, and the message says it can be handed over there.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history for the next update.
  • If a pickup point is named, take photo ID and your tracking number when you collect the parcel, and check any collection deadline.
  • If you did not give any instructions, or want to change them, contact Express One with your tracking number.
  • If the status does not move on for longer than the previous steps took, ask the seller or Express One, and have your order details ready.
