Tengo 81 día esperando mi paquete 📦 y todavía no a llegado y en la página sale que el paguete no se encuentra como puedo aser un reclamo por mi paquete o dinero ya que tiene tiempo sin ver el rastreo y nadie da una explicación sobre el paguete gracias alguien me podrá decir como aser el reclamo

I ordered this convertible sofa at the beginning of April and have yet to receive my package. I have heard that some packages can take up to 3 months to deliver (which seems ridiculous to me), but I am currently on month 5... Still waiting... Any help would be greatly appreciated

package arrived Nov 17 .. 32 days this is an annoying carrier because tracking stopped after arriving in canaduh Nov 4 and then it took another 13 days to be delivered.
