Your parcel has arrived at a GLS parcel center, one of the large sorting sites where parcels are grouped by destination. "Sorted manually" means a worker handled it by hand instead of the automatic sorting line. This usually happens when a parcel is oddly shaped, too large or too heavy for the belts, or when its label could not be read by the scanners.
This message by itself is normal. Manual sorting is a routine part of the process and is not a sign of loss or damage. It can take a little longer than machine sorting, but it does not on its own mean your parcel is late.
The parcel is loaded onto transport to the next GLS site, which is usually the depot responsible for your delivery area. From there it is handed to a driver for the final delivery. You should see new scan entries appear as it moves on.
