GOFO Express has received the shipping details from the seller and created a label for your parcel. The parcel itself has usually not been scanned by GOFO yet. It is most likely still with the seller or in a warehouse, waiting to be handed over. Most often the line before this one is "Shipment information received", which is the same early stage.
By itself, this message is normal. It is the start of the journey, not an exception. The wait becomes a concern only if this stays the latest update for longer than usual, since that can mean the seller has not yet handed the parcel over.
Once GOFO has the parcel, the next scan is usually an arrival at a GOFO regional hub. This happens in about half of cases, and in roughly a quarter it is the regional origin hub. Less often, the next update is an arrival at an origin facility. Delivery steps come after the parcel has moved through those hubs.
