What this status means
Your parcel has reached one of GOFO Express's regional hubs, a large sorting facility where parcels are scanned in and sorted by destination. It is a mid-journey step: the parcel is in the courier's network but has not yet reached your local delivery area. The scan can appear more than once, because a parcel may pass through more than one hub.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine checkpoint, and the steps that follow it most often are ordinary movement scans. A repeat of the same message is also common and usually just means another hub. If the line stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching.
What happens next
- Most often (about 60% of cases), the next update is "Loaded on Vehicle", meaning the parcel has been sorted and put on a truck.
- In about a quarter of cases, it is scanned at another regional hub.
- Less often, it shows "In Transit to Next Facility".
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking again later. Hub scans do not need any action from you.
- If the status does not change for longer than usual, contact GOFO Express customer support with your tracking number.
- If the courier cannot help, contact the seller and have your order details and tracking number ready.
- Check that the delivery address on your order is complete and correct, since the courier may ask for more details if it is not.
