Отвратительная компания. Доставка из Москвы до Саратова 10 дней и по Саратову 3 дня и это из-за того что я писал жалобы и звонил в поддержку и самому курьеру. Дозвониться до горячей линии не возможно, почти час дозванивался. На сообщения на сайте не отвечают. Отвечают только в том случае если пишешь обращение руководству. когда придет посылка информации нет, где она находится информации нет!!!!! Заказывал в этот же период другую посылку из Москвы другой транспортной компанией, пришла за 5 дней!!!!

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
