Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time. Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.

The product is not delivered. The last notice 'Package arrived to destination airport' was on Nov 22nd (42 days ago), then no activity at all. Looks like product has been lost/stolen just after crossing the Russian border. The seller has agreed to open the dispute and refund the lost order, thanks to him! No complaints to him at all. Just Russian post... (((

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.
