Очень длительный срок ожидания - между поступлением посылки в город и поступлением ее в ПВЗ прошло 3 дня. Это половина общего времени доставки, и все это время не было никаких известий о ее судьбе. Помог звонок на горячую линию - сразу все нашлось, но осадочек остался - неужели у нас без пинка ничего не работает? Так что моя рекомендация - звоните сразу на горячую линию, не ждите

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
