Доброй ночи. Посылка уже 84дня в пути,так и не получена получателем . Что делать и как быть? На почте в Израиле никто ничего не знает,брокер не отвечает на письма.. Назад мне в Венгрию не приходит. Я потратила не малые деньги на отправку,саму посылку и в конечном итоге не понятно где она и что делать. Прошу помощи.
