Посылка шла дольше заявленного времени. Упаковка была повреждена. Часть содержимого разбито, не смотря на то, что указано на упаковке ''осторожно стекло". Так же был снят налог на посылку более стоимости содержимого. Посылка с поврежденным содержимым уже вторая. Предыдущая летала не по маршруту в другую не заявленную страну и задержалась вместо оплаты с курьером в 20 дневный срок - на три месяца. Сумму за несоблюдение договора доставки - вернули.

I believe I received the package quickly enough for the given time frame. I had to wait for it a little over a month. I got my parcel without any damage.

Unfortunately the package did not reach me. The address was not clear. The package has been returned to you. I would be happy if you send me a new one
