Посылка номер CA044282101RU пришла в коробке (без ленты почты РФ), но так как я не знала правил , то не обратила на это внимание. Когда открыла коробку, то внутри было все мокрое, внутрення коробка полностью развалилась на кусочки из-за воды. Все книги вздулись и пришлось их выбросить, лего было упакованно и не пострадало, вся одежда юыла мокрая и коричневая.. пахло не приятно. Я подала жалобу в отделение почты Израиля, жду ответа в течение 30 дней. Посылка была отправлена Авиа почтой и стоимость отправка была 3320 руб. Не понятно кто виноват...
