Прошу розыскать мою посылку с полимерной глиной....CL041890774RU. По моему запросу в Израиле мне отказали в поиске посылки,ссылаясь, что отправитель должен направить прошение о местонахождению посылки.С Российской стороны были сделаны все необходимые действия в поиске пропавшей посылки,но так и не получили ни ответа ,ни посылки... Посылка пришла в Израиль 21/10/2021 и перестала определяться... Прошу принять меры ....
