Здравствуйте! Я благодарю службу доставки Израиля и Италии. С учетом праздников, посылка пришла достаточно быстро. Подозревала, что ждать придётся дольше, но вот сегодня всё получила. Курьер принёс мужу на работу, а муж был занят с клиентами и плохо соображал по поводу того, что курьер от него требовал. А курьер потребовал оплату за доставку и содрал с моего мужа 37 евро!!! Это якобы, подчёркиваю, за доставку, за которую я давно уплатила 16 долларов. Разумеется никакой квитанции не оставил и удалился во свояси. Это неслыханно!!! Прошу подсказать мне что теперь делать? Такого наглеца нужно как следует наказать.
