Возмутительный случай, получаю уведомление на сотовый, что посылка вручена, и пришлось бросить дела и срочно ехать в место выдачи посылок. Зная "мастерство" и "внимательность", не удивляет уже ничего, и могло быть и так. К счастью, ошибка была со стороны системы оповещения, а физически посылка продолжала оставаться в пункте выдачи посылок. Просто знаю, что потерянную, по ошибке выданную искать придется "с боем", не любят у нас признавать и тем более отвечать за свои ошибки.
