Посылка LX077741159IL (Eco Post, Israel Post) находится в пути уже 29 дня. Посылка не доставлена, и её текущее местонахождение неизвестно. Было сделано несколько звонков в службу поддержки Israel Post (171), но никакой ясной информации или решения проблемы предоставлено не было. Отслеживание посылки ненадёжно и неинформативно. Посылка содержала важные документы, что делает эту задержку особенно серьёзной. Несмотря на использование Eco Post и оплату услуги, гарантии доставки или безопасности, похоже, нет. Основываясь на этом опыте, я не могу полагаться на этот способ доставки для отправки важных вещей.
