This was shipped to me and it has never arrived. The tracking said it has but I have yet to receive it. after it leaves customs as is with most packages through tophatter it is hard to find them since they do not have a USPS tracking number.

This is package # 5 that was NOT DELIVERED TO ME. So who do I talk to about the theft of my packages and who is going to reimburse me the money that items I paid for that someone from the courier service stole?

NO, YOU DID NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE!!!!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND PACKAGE YOU'VE STOLEN FROM ME!!!! WHERE ARE MY THINGS? YOU SAY THAT THEY'VE BEEN DELIVERED, DELIVERED WHERE ASSHOLES AND WHO IS "SIGN" THAT KEEPS SIGNING FOR MY MERCHANDISE, WHEN I SHOULD BE THE ONLY ONE SIGNING FOR THEM?????????
