Посылка отправлена 30 апреля из Франции и находилась там до 24 мая. После моего поиска она дошла в Хабаровск 31 мая. Меня поставили в известность, что посылка затекла, но я не хотела составлять акт и согласовала доставку на 1 июня. Я ждала весь день, позвонила около 18 часов в доставку. Посылку осталась в доставке. Курьер ее не забрал. Меня не поставили в известность, что доставки в этот день не будет. Девушка в пункте доставки на ул. Волочаевской, 8 мне нахамила, что она не обязана выслушивать мои претензии и бросила трубку. Прошу разобраться с работником, которая портит Вашу репутацию и не умеет быть корректной с клиентами.
