bonjour j'ai envoyé un colis en Chine mon colis n'a pas été livré le colis était assuré qui dois-je contacter? J'ai payé pas un petit montant de plus de 30 euros pour l'envoi du colis. J'ai précédemment laissé un avis avec un appel à l'administration mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse

Hi i didn't receive my package yet it has been expected on 14 November and now I have an update telling that the package is delivered and after one day I have an update telling that there is an error with the package J'ai pas encore reçu le coli c'est prévu 14 novembre c'est mentionné une erreur s'est produire le coli est recheminé merci
