По непонятной причине посылка - после прохождения таможни - вместо Екатеринбурга уехала на Алтай, в село Майма, где пролежала три недели. Звонок на горячую линию, жалоба на госуслугах, жалоба на странице ПР в фейсбуке, запрос со стороны французской почты - ноль результата. Плюс ко всему, когда посылка все-таки приехала в Екатеринбург, она уже почему-то не была курьерской (EMS), а стала обычной и получать пришлось в отделении. Про то, как коробка выглядит после всего этого, я даже упоминать не хочу.

Hi i didn't receive my package yet it has been expected on 14 November and now I have an update telling that the package is delivered and after one day I have an update telling that there is an error with the package J'ai pas encore reçu le coli c'est prévu 14 novembre c'est mentionné une erreur s'est produire le coli est recheminé merci
