What this status means
Lithuania Post writes "Siunta pristatyta į atsiėmimo vietą", which means "The parcel has been delivered to the pick-up point". Your parcel has reached the post office, parcel locker or other collection point where you are meant to get it. It is not yet in your hands. It is waiting there for you.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is the last stage before handover. Most often, in about four cases out of five, the next step is that the parcel is handed over to the recipient. In a smaller share of cases a delivery attempt is recorded as failed instead, so it is worth collecting the parcel promptly.
What happens next
- Once you collect the parcel, the status changes to "Siunta įteikta gavėjui" (delivered to the recipient).
- If the collection does not work out, a failed-delivery message can appear.
- In rare cases, for example when an import procedure is stopped, the parcel is sent back to the sender.
What you can do
- Check for a notification from Lithuania Post with the pick-up location and details.
- Collect the parcel soon, because pick-up points keep parcels only for a limited time. Bring photo ID and the tracking number or notification.
- If you cannot find the parcel or the status does not change after you collected it, contact Lithuania Post with your tracking number.
- If the parcel never reaches you, contact the seller with your order details.
