Lithuania Post tracking parcel

What this status means

The message is Lithuanian for "Parcel at the sorting centre of the recipient's country". Lithuania Post uses it when a parcel has reached the main mail sorting centre in the destination country. The parcel is on its way and is being sorted by region before it moves toward a local post office, a pickup point or your address. It is usually recorded after the parcel has been sent on from a sorting centre in a transit country.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It is a regular step in transit and not an exception. It only suggests a problem if the parcel stays on this line for noticeably longer than the previous steps, with no new scan.

What happens next

  • Most often, the parcel is sent on from the sorting centre (about 29% of cases).
  • In about a quarter of cases, the next scan is delivery to the recipient.
  • In some cases it arrives at a pickup point, or at the recipient's local post office.
  • Sometimes another sorting-centre scan follows first.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. A new scan is the sign of progress.
  • If the parcel seems stuck here for longer than usual, ask your local post office or the courier, quoting the tracking number.
  • If still unresolved, contact the seller and have your order details and the tracking number ready.
  • Make sure your address and phone number in the order are correct.
