What this status means
"Kreiran nalog za preuzimanje" is Serbian for "pickup order created". It is the first stage of the journey. The sender has registered the shipment with M-ONE, and a pickup order now exists in the system. The parcel has not been collected yet and is most likely still with the sender.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message is normal and is not an exception. It only shows that the shipment has been announced to the courier. Nothing has gone wrong, and nothing has physically moved yet.
What happens next
The order is passed to a courier who collects the parcel. The most common next message is "Preuzeta od pošiljaoca" (picked up from the sender), in about 44% of cases. In about 31% the next line is "Preuzeta pošiljka" (parcel picked up). In about a quarter of cases you will see "Poslat kuriru nalog za prikupljanje", which means the pickup order has been sent to a courier. After pickup, the parcel moves on to M-ONE's sorting and delivery stages.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking history again later. The next scan appears once the courier collects the parcel.
- If the status stays unchanged for longer than usual, ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed over for collection.
- If the seller confirms it is ready and nothing moves, contact M-ONE with your tracking number and order details.
