Malaysia Post's delivery office in the destination country tried to deliver the parcel and could not finish the job. The parcel has already reached the final stage of its journey and is with the local delivery station. The message does not say why the delivery failed, so it is not a sign that the parcel is lost.
This is an exception, but usually a minor one. It means the delivery did not go as planned, so it will probably take longer than expected. The most common next step is a successful delivery, in about four cases out of ten. In about a third of cases the parcel gets another failed-delivery message or a note that delivery will be arranged again.
