What this status means
Your parcel is on a truck run by Nova Poshta's international service, and the truck has reached the end point of its route. The parcel is still on the vehicle or has just been unloaded at the receiving facility. It has not yet been handed to a local courier or placed in a pickup point.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal. It is a routine step in a cross-border transport leg. The step before it was the truck leaving Hungary for its destination, so this entry simply confirms that the leg is complete.
What happens next
The next entry is almost always a confirmation in Ukrainian that the truck has arrived at the destination point, shown with Ukraine as the country. After that, the parcel is sorted at the local facility and passed on for delivery or to a branch for collection.
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking history again later. The next scan should appear once the parcel is unloaded and processed.
- If the history stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, contact Nova Poshta.
- Have your tracking number and the sender's or seller's order details ready when you do.
- Check that your phone number and delivery address are correct, so the final handover goes smoothly.
