What this status means
"Прибула в депо" means "Arrived at the depot." Your parcel has reached a Nova Poshta depot, a sorting and transfer point on its route. It is not yet at the final branch or with a courier. The parcel is inside the network and is being processed there.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine stop on the way. In most cases the parcel next shows as having left the depot ("Виїхала з"), which means it is moving on. Only if this line stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps did is it worth a closer look.
What happens next
- Most often, in about four cases out of five, the parcel is sorted and leaves the depot for the next point.
- Sometimes it arrives at another facility or depot first.
- Less often it goes out with a courier to the recipient, or enters customs control if it is an international shipment.
