UB2********LV not delivered in 63 days

Посылка UB224527812LV в пути находится 63 дня. Застряла где-то в Латвии. Отслеживание прекратилось после 4 марта. Есть большое подозрение, что не получу ее вообще. Служба доставки PakTrac eTotal. Почитала отзывы - сделала вывод, что эта служба доставки отвратительная. К сожалению ее (службу доставки) выбирает не покупатель, а китаец.
