Royal Mail has scanned your parcel as delivered at a Customer Service Point. This is a Royal Mail counter or collection desk, often inside a local delivery office, where parcels are held for collection. The parcel is no longer in transit. It is at that location, or has been handed over there.
This message by itself is normal, not an exception. It marks the end of the journey for a parcel sent to a collection point or one that could not be left at your address. If you expected the parcel at your door, check whether a "Something for you" card came through your letterbox, since that card says where the parcel is waiting.
Normally nothing more happens in tracking, because this is a final status. The parcel stays at the service point until it is collected. If nobody collects it, Royal Mail may eventually send it back to the sender, and the tracking history would then change.
With the use of our tracking form you can easily check the status of your package. Also if you want to tracking Royal Mail and get your package location updates to your e-mail, you can Register on our website.
