Collected and Signed at Your Customer Service Point

Royal Mail tracking parcel

What this status means

Royal Mail has recorded that the parcel was handed over at a Customer Service Point, which is the counter at a local delivery office where items are held for collection. "Collected and Signed" means someone picked it up and a signature was captured. This is the final stage of the journey, and the parcel is no longer with Royal Mail.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is a normal end-of-journey scan with the status "Package delivered". It is not an exception. If you collected the parcel yourself, nothing is wrong. If you did not collect it and don't know who did, treat it as a problem and follow the steps below.

What happens next

Nothing further is expected. The tracking history should stay on this final status, and no more movement scans normally follow. The parcel now belongs to the person who signed for it.

What you can do

  • Check whether you, someone in your household or someone you authorised collected it.
  • If you did not, contact the seller first, then Royal Mail, and ask for the signature record.
  • Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready.
  • If the parcel is damaged or the contents are wrong, keep the packaging and report it to the seller.
