RR Donnelley, the sender's logistics provider, has handed your parcel over to PostNL, the Dutch postal service, for onward carriage. "PACKTRACKED DIRECT" is the label of the PostNL service used for this kind of parcel. The message comes right after "Parcel Shipped", so the parcel has left the sender and is now moving through the postal network.
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is an early handover step. Tracking updates often look out of order or sparse at this point, because the next scans come from a different system.
The next update is usually a new line about a shipping label or a pre-advice to PostNL. Each follows in roughly half of cases. These lines mean PostNL has received the shipment details. Later you may see scans from the destination country, such as processing on arrival.
