Я все понимаю - ситуация с коронавирусом вынудила закрыть авиаперевозки с целым рядом стран, но также есть страны, с которыми авиасообщение не прерывалось, Малайзия в их числе. 21 апреля статус посылки изменился на "Экспорт из страны отправления". Спустя пару недель позвонила в службу поддержки с вопросом "почему не меняется статус посылки в страну, где международный номер отслеживается". Ответ поразил - после присвоения данного статуса посылка отправляется на склад и ожидает ближайшего рейса в страну доставки. Полтора месяца (!!!) статус не меняется. Я не уверена, что это можно назвать словом "работа" или услугой достойной оплаты в 2000 рублей. Позорище!

Not impressed with Russian Post. Never had an issue in the past and now I have two packages still not moving.

Still waiting. Last update May 17. Status...package exported or waiting for export depending on what website I use to track package. I’m going to give it till July 17 before contacting sender again. Parcel is insured.
