What this status means

"Arrived Hub" means your parcel has reached one of SkyNet's sorting hubs. A hub is a large facility where parcels from many senders are unloaded, scanned and sorted by destination. The scan confirms the parcel is in SkyNet's network and inside a building, not on a vehicle.

Is my package delayed?

No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine checkpoint, and parcels often pass through several hubs on the way, so you may see it more than once. It only becomes a concern if the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

  • Most often (about 41% of cases) the next update is "Sorted to Destination", meaning the parcel has been routed onward.
  • In about one in five cases it is "In Transit to Destination", meaning it has left on the next leg.
  • In about one in six cases it goes straight to "Out for Delivery".
  • Sometimes it shows another hub arrival first, or a customs step if the parcel crosses a border.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. Nothing is needed from you at this stage.
  • If the status does not change for longer than the earlier steps took, contact SkyNet and give your tracking number.
  • If SkyNet cannot help, ask the seller to open an inquiry. Have your order details and tracking number ready.
  • If a customs hold appears, follow the instructions given there, as duties or documents may be needed.
