Economy SpeedPAK has sent the parcel back to the shipper, meaning the seller or the sender who handed it to the courier. The parcel is no longer heading to you. It has finished its return trip and been handed back to the sender's side. It usually appears after the parcel was in transit or had reached a regional distribution center.
This is an exception, not a normal delivery step. The message means the parcel will not be delivered to you. The courier does not say why on this line. Common reasons include an address that could not be used, a delivery that could not be completed, or a parcel that was refused or not allowed through. Which one applies is not shown here.
This is normally the last tracking step for the parcel. Further scans are unlikely. What follows happens outside the courier's tracking: the seller receives the parcel back and decides whether to refund your order, resend it or contact you. How long that takes depends on the seller.
