CF4********CH not delivered in 47 days

Ежегодно в течении 5 лет, как только посылка поступает на территорию России, сразу пропадает. На мои письменные запросы в местное отделение почты России, пришла одна отписка, а о судьбе посылке ни слова. Звонил по горячему телефону, создаётся такое впечатление, что он существует для отфутболивания клиентов. Скажите пожалуйста, куда ещё можно обратиться, что бы не нарваться на вежливое хамство, как например; "Здравствуйте, чем Вам помочь, извините НИЧЕМ ПОМОЧЬ НЕ МОГУ".

It hasn't moved from where it was started since August 3rd? Not sure if it must have been lost in the shuffle. I am not going to hold my breath for it's delivery.

The goods were delivered in a small padded letter. Everything is fine, no damage, has not been opened by customs.

Everything was very well packed In a plastic box with a rubber band around it and adhesive tape and a lot of blister foil. No Damage, wasn't opened by customs.
