What this status means

SunYou has finished handling your parcel at one of its own sorting facilities and sent it on. This is an early stage of the journey, after the parcel was accepted and before it leaves the country of origin. The parcel is now moving by road between facilities, or waiting to be passed to export handling.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine step that most SunYou parcels pass through. It only becomes a concern if the tracking stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

  • Most often, in about half of cases, the parcel arrives at the port of origin.
  • In about a third of cases, export customs clearance is reported as completed.
  • Less often, the parcel is shown as collected by China Post, which means it has been handed to the postal network for the next leg.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again after the next update.
  • If nothing new appears for longer than usual, contact the seller first, since they arranged the shipment with SunYou.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
