Посылка не отслеживалась в Украине. О её прибытии в отделение Укрпочты не сообщали. Не знаю сколько времени она провалялась в почтовом отделении. Я несколько раз о ней спрашивала на почте. Мне отвечали, что у них нет времени искать и что об маркировке таких посылок нет никакой информации в компьютере. За маркировку таких трек-номеров может знать другой работник, которого мне не удавалось застать. Когда на протяжении месяца таких посылок накопилось 5 штук, этот работник соизволил сообщить о них. НА МОМЕНТ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ПОСЫЛКИ Я ВЫИГРАЛА СПОР И ПРОДАВЦА ОШТРАФОВАЛИ, КАК МОШЕННИКА, НЕ ВЫСЛАВШЕГО МНЕ ТОВАР.

Didn't arrive in country of destination Australia on January 15 like tracking stated, it was February 11, as confirmed by Australia post when contacted about it being missing. Obviously tracking is up the creek with no where to go.

Hi I've never received my package UB991465607TW at my place 336 Jacques cartier Est app#14 Chicoutimi, Québec G7H 1Z1 and i ordered it almost 3 months ago. It is extremmely long! postal service claimed they left a notice, but they did not. luckily I went to post office to get the package.
